Fairfield College Waka Ama 2020

WAKA AMA REGISTRATION:

 

 

Dear Parent/Caregiver

 

Your son/daughter has expressed interest in participating in Waka Ama in 2020 for Fairfield College.

 

2020 FFC Waka Ama Information

 

Trainings: Tuesday & Thursday 3:30-5pm @ Innes Common by the Yacht Club

Fees: $25.00 per player – to be paid at the SSC here at school. (Covers hireage of the Waka)

Clothing: Please bring a change of clothes and a towel to trainings. Footwear is not worn in the Waka

Transport: Mrs Heta is available to take some students with her, (first in first served as she has 6 spaces only) and will leave school at 3-30 from outside the SSC. You will need to arrange transport home from Innes Common. 

 

Aim: To get a team to go the New Zealand Secondary Schools Waka Ama Champs. (more information will be available if we can make a team). As part of this team your son/daughter has to be fully committed to attend all trainings.

Please complete the permission slip to indicate if your child will be participating and return along with the fees to SSC.

If you are interested in helping out with the team please state on the slip below, your support will be greatly appreciated. If you have any further questions please contact me at school.

Permission:

By submitting the registration form, I give permission for my child to participate in Waka Ama for Fairfield College in Term 1 2020. We agree to pay the stated fees of $25 by the due date and understand if fees haven’t been paid and no arrangement has been made my child will not be able to participate until arrangement of payment has been made.
