FFC Partners with the Revive a Smile Dental Charity
From April 29 Fairfield College will welcome the Revive a Smile Dental Charity into the school to provide dental treatment for our students. I am confident that the Revive a Smile Dental Charity will provide high quality dental treatment for our students during two time periods during the year.
The dental service time periods are during Term 2 and Term 3. Dental treatment is able to be accessed for free until a student turns 18.
What is also exciting about partnering with the Revive a Smile Dental Charity is that members of our community that have a community services card will able to access free dental treatment. This is a great opportunity to get that much needed dental treatment that previously may have been out of reach financially.
Please download the Student Enrolment and Parents Consent Forms to authorise your son or daughter receiving dental treatment at school. Please complete the forms and ensure that they are returned to school.
If you choose to use the school’s dental partner to provide dental treatment for your son or daughter you can be confident that thy will be receiving first class dental treatment and that you will also be contributing to a charity that can provide dental treatment for people in our community that financially may not be in a position to access such treatment.
