WATERPOLO REGISTRATION:
Dear Parent/Caregiver
Your son/daughter has chosen to represent Fairfield College in Water Polo for 2020. The team is combined with Fraser High School. As part of this team your son/daughter is expected to be fully committed to attending practices and matches and to always inform the coach/manager of any absences.
TRAININGS: Friday evenings from 4-00pm– 5-00pm at Waterworld.
FEES: $75-00 - $90-00
GAMES: Games will be communicated via the coach and also on the FFC website under the sports tab, SSC window and Gym windows.
GAME VENUE: At either Waterworld Te Rapa or St Peters School Cambridge
UNIFORM: Please wear 2x pairs of togs
** This team has the possibility of competing at the North Island Secondary Schools Championships.

By submitting the registration form, I give permission for my child to participate Waterpolo for Fairfield College in 2020. We agree to pay the stated fees of $75 - $90 by the due date and understand if fees haven’t been paid and no arrangement has been made my child will not be able to participate until arrangement of payment has been made.
