Fairfield College Archery Club

ARCHERY REGISTRATION:

Term 1

 

 

Dear Parent/Caregiver

 

Your son/daughter has expressed interest in the Archery Club during Term 1 2020 for Fairfield College. 

 

As part of this team your son/daughter has to be fully committed to attend all trainings and games, and notify the coach and/or manager of any absences. 

 

2020 Archery Club Information:

Trainings: Are being held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30pm - 4:30pm

 

Fees: $20.00 per term - if you have your own gear or $50.00 if you are using school equipment

Money to be paid at the SSC here at school. or Automatic Payment:  ASB Account 12-3171-0172257-00

 

Please complete the permission slip below to indicate if your child will joining the Archery Club and submit.  

If you are interested in helping out with the team please state on the slip, your support will be greatly appreciated. If you have any further questions please contact us at school.

Permission:

By submitting the following Registration Form I give permission for my child to joing the Archery Club for Fairfield College in Term 1 2020. We agree to pay the stated fees of $20/$50 by the due date and understand if fees haven’t been paid and no arrangement has been made my child will not be able to play until arrangement of payment has been made. I also agree to return the Fairfield College Uniform my child is issued with.
