VOLLEYBALL REGISTRATION:

Dear Parent/Caregiver

Your son/daughter has expressed interest in playing Volleyball in 2020 for Fairfield College. This team will be participating in the Waikato Social League on Monday evenings.

As part of this team your son/daughter has to be fully committed to attend all trainings and games, and notify the coach and/or manager of any absences. 

​

2020 FFC Volleyball Information:

Games: Monday evenings at (Volleyball Waikato Social League)

​

Venue:  Te Rapa Sportsdrome, Ashurst Park, Te Rapa

​

Game Times:  Between 5:15pm - 8:15pm, as per the draw

Trainings:  Mondays & Tuesday Lunch 2 Kelly Gym

Fees: $30.00 per term (Terms 1, 2, and 3 only) 

To be paid at the SSC here at school. or Automatic Payment:  ASB Account 12-3171-0172257-00

Please complete the permission slip to indicate if your child will be playing Volleyball and return along with the fees to SSC.

By submitting the following Registration Form I give permission for my child to play Volleyball for Fairfield College in Term 1 -3, 2020. We agree to pay the stated fees of $30 per term by the due date and understand if fees haven’t been paid and no arrangement has been made my child will not be able to play until arrangement of payment has been made. I also agree to return the Fairfield College Uniform my child is issued with.
